Your photos stay yours.

Stillwater stores account details, aquarium photos, saved arrangements and conversations so you can return to your work. Aquarium photos and conversations require access to their owner's account. You can remove an aquarium and its saved layouts from your account.

When you ask the AI

Your prompt, selected aquarium photo, relevant chat history and inventory references are sent to OpenAI to answer the request. Image metadata is stripped before transmission. Upload only photos you have permission to use, and avoid including personal information. Manual editing does not send images to the AI. If a shop administrator requests stock-photo analysis, the three private stock views and stated ruler interval are sent to OpenAI for visual suggestions; the original image metadata is removed. Manual ruler calibration sends nothing to the AI. Private stock intakes can be deleted separately from any archived product draft created from them. Saved AI previews retain the source photos and measurements used for that request, including when you later replace a photo. Removing the aquarium removes its saved previews.

Payments and login

When payments open, Stripe will handle card details; Stillwater stores payment references and order details. Connected sign-in providers supply your identity and basic profile information. Provider access tokens are not retained. Login emails contain a short-lived, single-use link. Account connection keys are stored as digests and can be revoked.

Service providers

Railway hosts the application, database and uploads. Cloudflare manages the domain. Sentry receives error reports with customer content and identifying information removed; session recordings and performance tracing are disabled. Advertising tracking is not enabled. Optional Google Analytics is described below.

Your analytics choice

Google Analytics is off until it is configured and you choose “Allow analytics”. Rejecting it sends nothing to Google Analytics. When allowed, it measures visits to public home, collection, stone and guidance pages using fixed page labels, a browser identifier stored in analytics cookies, and standard browser and session information. Stone pages share a generic label. Pages with query strings or fragments are excluded. We do not send account details, aquarium or conversation pages, prompts, photos, search terms, order details or user IDs. Referrer information and advertising signals are disabled.

Your choice is saved in this browser for six months. Analytics cookies also last up to six months. Use “Analytics choices” in the footer to reject analytics or withdraw permission; withdrawal stops collection and removes this site’s analytics cookies. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track requests keep analytics off. Rejecting analytics does not affect signing in, shopping or planning your aquarium.

Availability

The shop is preparing for launch and ordering is closed. The complete operator contact, retention and account-deletion policy will be published before customer purchases open.
